Will my self-hosted email land in spam?
Not if it is set up correctly. Deliverability failures almost always trace to missing PTR records, unsigned DKIM, or cold IPs — all of which our setup and warm-up process addresses, with placement tests to prove it before handover.
Is self-hosting cheaper than Google Workspace or Zoho?
Above roughly 20–30 mailboxes, usually yes — one VPS bill replaces per-user subscriptions. Below that, hosted suites are often better value, and we will tell you so honestly during the audit.
Can you host our mail server in an Indian datacentre near Kolkata?
